The Zcash Foundation have recently published that they are excited to grow their team. They have listed their current openings.
In their job description and expectation about the candidate they have to state that they are looking for someone who is as excited as they are about building private financial infrastructure for the public good. They have stated this reinstating that they take that task very seriously. Also, stated that they depend on work samples and collaborative interviews to evaluate candidates and to place a heavy emphasis on the take home projects and interviews.
For clarity, Zcash Foundation claim that they are a small start-up nonprofit who are punching way above their weight. Also stated that everything they build is open source and that they develop in the open. Their mission and values are very important. They are looking to work with like-minded individuals.
ZCash are completely remote and they have team members from all over the globe. The Zcash leadership cares deeply about the health and fulfillment of its users. Though everyone who are working on Zcash continue to be optimistic about achieving the promise of private, digital cash, many of them are doing themselves a disservice if they don’t explicitly discuss the gaps in the ecosystem and the role that the community calls play is in filling these gaps.
