Narb shared: This past month for NFTs on Polygon: Adoption of NFTs on Polygon is growing rapidly and the month of January was a big one.

Community Response:  The amount of NFTs sold on OpenSea Polygon reached a new record high of 2.6 Million in January. This shattered the previous record in December of 1.9 Million.

OpenSea Polygon monthly volume reached 79 Million dollars in January. This just barely passed the previous high of 76 Million dollars in December.

Polygon also passed 900,000 total users who have participated in at least one trade. As of 01/31/2022, the total users on OpenSea Polygon is 974 K.

Big brands and projects are also showing interest in cheap fees and eco-friendly NFTs on Polygon PoS. adidas & Prada launch a brand new collection of 3,000 user-generated and creator-owned NFTs on Polygon in collaboration with Zach Lieberman.

Then finally, wwf_uk announces the launch of their new NFT project powered by Polygon. This is also in partnership with worldofwomennft & CyberKongz.

Overall, January was another incredible month for NFTs on Polygon. This thread shows just some of the adoption and attention Polygon PoS is receiving in this exciting space. I believe we will see L2 NFTs be heavily adopted throughout the rest of 2022.

Definitely a big month for Polygon. Got a HUGE push from polygonstudios so that definitely jacked up the volume. And don’t forget that ChainRacers minted too. SolanaNFTs are exploding now too, would be pretty dope if there was a project that could do both.

How about PegaxyOfficial? Personally pretty excited about the growth and development of this one. GetProtocol is processing NFT tickets on Polygon.

Processed around 25k sold tickets for events around the just last week. These numbers will once restrictions are gone as more and more ticketing companies adopt it (11 currently).

Polygon is a Great relief for People who can’t invest Money Directly.
