This article will be Part 3 and final article of telling my stories about my three Cryptocurrency Road Trips in 2018. If you missed Part 1 and Part 2, I suggest reading those article as well. One of the main goals of these trips was to raise public awareness about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
I was so happy with the results of the first Crypto Road Trip that I decided to go one another one in October 2018. I’m glad I did! Let me explain. Meeting crypto enthusiasts is a passion of mine. I am not a expert but I want people to know about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
For the most part, the people I met and interviewed had very little knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrency. This provided a great opportunity to talk with them to help explain what I knew about it! I also met savy and successful crypto investors who invited me into their homes or offices to meet.
On my 1st Crypto Road Trip, I drove through Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa and Kansas. I planned on going to Ohio and Pennsylvania as well but ran into some scheduling problems.
My stops on the 2nd Crypto Road Trip included, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma. As much as possible, I like visiting college and universities to talk with the students. As you can probably tell by now, I enjoy meeting and talking to people. Even though they are stranger when we meet, we walk away as friends.
You might be asking yourself, “What happens on a Crypto Road Trip?” I’m glad you asked. I drive around the United States asking people about cryptocurrency and blockchain. All day long, I ask people questions about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Whether I’m in a hotel, grocery store or a restaurant: I’m always looking to strike up a conversation! I’m certainly not an expert but I thoroughly enjoying interacting with people about my favorite subject.
As much as possible, I try to raise an awareness in people that blockchain and cryptocuurency are here to stay. Some people I met on my first trip had never heard about cryptocurrency. Other people I met had a slight understanding of blockchain. Everyday is an adventure on my Crypto Road Trips. You never know whom you are going to talk to!
I’m looking forward on meeting as many people as possible on my next Crypto Road Trip. Now that I know about The Currency Analytics, I want to tell you all about this wonderful project.
