Paolo Ardoino expressed, to track stablecoin success / mass adoption, I would expect to see a decreasing tx avg value over time. Is anyone working on such metric?

Stuart Hoegner on August 08, 2020 tweeted:  “Today Bittrex & Poloniex notified the court of their intention to move for summary judgment in the @bitfinex & @Tether_to class action proceedings in the SDNY.”

Tether tweeted:  “Bittrex and Poloniex Filing in Class Action Undermines Plaintiffs’ Claims.”

In this regard, Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “Bitfinex and Tether (USDT) Will Not Settle Any of the Meritless Claims Plaintiffs. Proving merits is the hardest indeed.”

Tether.to published expressing that the plaintiffs’ second attempt in framing a legitimate complaint to be a failure, just like their first attempt.

Further claimed that this time the lynchpin of their nonsense claim is that market manipulation was executed using bitcoin addresses which were owned and controlled by Bitfinex, which the plaintiffs then allege to have been used in concert with Bittrex and Poloniex to execute a fantastical conspiracy.

When talking about the claim stated, “As today’s filing by Bittrex and Poloniex makes clear, this claim cannot be true because the tokens in the addresses used neither belong to nor are controlled by Bitfinex, Bittrex, or Poloniex.” 

Plaintiffs and their attorneys will doubtless go back to the drawing board to dream up new theories ultimately designed to give them reasons to claim monies to which they have zero entitlement.

The publication also expressed that, Bitfinex and Tether will not settle any of the meritless claims which the plaintiffs continue to manufacture.

There have not been too many updates on the Tether websites lately.  Tether Gold (XAUt) published about how XAUt just hit an all-time high at $1,971.4!

The last excitement on the Tether twitter update was on July 22, 2020, which read:  “In March 2020, we hit a big milestone as our market capitalization hit $5 billion. Now only four months later we’ve surpassed a $10 billion market capitalization. Another huge accomplishment for 2020, solidifying $USDt place as one of the most liquid, stable & trusted currency!”
