Emily Donald, Sr. Technical Recruiter at Stellar Org, stated that they are looking for someone interested in open source blockchain technology who is curious, technical, organized, and a great writer to join them as a Developer Relations Associate.

Apart from the recruitment, the launch of the USDC has triggered the curiosity of many who do not seem to understand what Circle Pay and USDC mean for Stellar Org.

Samuel Conner, Founder of Stellar Global discussed the launch of USDC and on what it means for Stellar Org and the Circle Pay Ecosystem.

Lisa Noster, Senior Strategist of the Stellar Development Foundation stated that Circle has done an incredible job building their reputation and their brand and their operations as a business. To have a really quality asset issuer like top tier company like that is really exciting. She stated that it was even interesting to see them deciding what they decided to do on Stellar.

And, also on how they protected everything. She stated that there was so much potential and that talking to lot of entrepreneurs that are already on Stellar. I know that there is just so much excitement from them on how they are going to be able to kind of do even more within the Stellar Ecosystem using USDC.

When asked about how USDC was already on Algorand, Solana, and Ethereum and what made USDC want to add Stellar, Lisa Noster replied:  In the End, Circle wants USDC to be as used as possible.

Stellar Lumens Had a Great Year 2020

Lisa Noster stated that 2020 saw a lot of growth on the network with the network really come live with everything working from beginning to end in a way they have not seen before. She pointed to how Stellar had all these pieces that they hold together, which they need off and on.

Assets, liquidity, applications that users wanted to use and all of these layers of things have to come together for certain use cases. In this regards, Lisa Noster stated that Growth in 2020 was really exciting for them. She concluded stating it was a big year.

When talking about actually who is the Stellar Development Foundation? It is a non-profit organization which supports development on the open source Stellar Network.  It is a Public Blockchain Ledger.  Its code is open source.  The Foundation is an entity that really works to oversee the mission of the broader Stellar Ecosystem, which is increasing financial access and inclusion.

They basically through many, many different ways through the Engineering side, the Ecosystem Development side, work to separate the growth of the broader Stellar Network.
