Zilliqa claims to be the heart of the decentralized universe.   And, they claim to be the pulse of the creator economy. L1 Metaverses and defining the future with borderless solutions is their way.

For those who do not know, Metapolis the highly immersive, customisable extended reality (XR) metaverse platform is expected to bring in a in 2022.  So, what is in store for Metapolis?  The largest play to earn Metaverse. Land Parcels, Avatars, and a lot more to explore in the NFT Marketplaces.

The Metaverse is expected to benefit ZIL Holders and the Zilliqa ecosystem because transactions will be on the Zilliqa blockchain. Just like what Star Atlas did for Solana.  Metapolis will be released in 2022. It will be the first metaverse game in history.

Phase 2:  Zilliqa City Open for testing, Zilliqa City Public Launch, Customizable Avatars, City and Land Sales, NFT integration for Sale, E-commerce, Basic Analytics, Sound, Web/AR, Tipping/Donation function enabled, Acquisition of assets, creation of buildings, apparel and other props.

Phase 3:  IRL Metapolis Event (COVID Pending), NPC (Non-Player Characters), Advertising, Avatar Communication, Intro to VR, Daily Tasks and User Engagement Module, Reactive Avatars – Health, Wealth, Hungry, Tired, Etc, VIP Subscriptions, and P2E – F2E Gamification.

Phase 4:  App release, staking, surround sound concerts, interactive VR, VR concerts.

Community Musings:  Please burn your Zilliqa Coin, because this coin is going to in the hell.  So, Zil is joining the Metaverse but still can’t Swap their early investors ERC20 ZIL to main ZIL.

Thus, it looks like there is nothing that ERC-20 ZIL holders will want to complain about now?

For those who are wondering why the ERC-20 ZIL exists?  Before the launch of Zilliqa mainnet in 2019, the ZIL token, in the interim, has been issued as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum network. Eventually the interim ERC-20 tokens were to be swapped for native ZIL tokens.  At the end of the swap period, 213,272,942.183558446345 interim ERC-20 ZIL tokens remained un-swapped. All major exchanges moved away from ERC-20 ZIL tokens and therefore, a new solution to re-open token swap has to be developed.  ZILBridge came for the rescue.

This swap mechanism is fully decentralized and there is no deadline per se. However, those who have not swapped are requested to complete the swap ASAP so that they can be a part of the growing economy powered which is by ZIL.
